eDGAR

Database of Disease-Gene Associations with annotated Relationships among genes. eDGAR is free to use and does not require any registration.

Features

eDGAR is a free to use database collecting and organizing the data on gene/disease associations as derived from OMIM, Humsavar and ClinVar.
For each heterogeneous or polygenic disease, eDGAR provides information on the relationship among the proteins encoded by the involved genes, including transcription factors and protein-protein interactions.
For each disease-associated gene eDGAR provides information on its annotation. Only genes associated to disease are currently present in eDGAR.

How to browse

There are many ways to enter eDGAR:

eDGAR allows searching by a group of genes to retrieve the list of shared annotations.
