One or more protein sequences in FASTA format and the taxonomic origin of the input sequences (Plants or Non-plant).
Output
Page containing prediction results. For each input protein, the following information will be displayed:

Signal Peptide: either "No signal" or the residue position of the signal peptide. If one is predicted, a viewer will be available showing graphically the position over the sequence.

Localization.

Score: number from 0 to 1 indicating the confidence of the prediction.
